Lou joined Trusted Wealth Advisors in 2009, after over 6 years as a planner at another firm.  His focus is on holding clients accountable to their goals, and managing financial behaviors to improve their outcomes.  Using the client-centered Values-Based Financial Planning, Lou helps his clients focus on what's most important to them, and then monitors the appropriate actions that contribute to their success.

Lou is a graduate of the engineering school at UPenn, and received his MBA from Boston College with a focus in Strategic Planning and marketing management.  An avid student of personal development, Lou has attended dozens of seminars and incorporates the techniques learned into his planning practice to help his clients reach their fullest potential.

He is an active member of the York Chamber of Commerce, serving as an ambassador and on several committees, and is a board member of Veterans Resource Central.  Lou and his wife Susan reside in South York with their two children, Matt and Emilie.
